Clients may visit our website to check service details and request an initial consultation by selecting an available date. This website request is for a free consultation only. No payment is charged online, and an online submission does not serve as a finalized service booking.
On your selected consultation date, you must visit our office located at CapitaSpring, 88 Market St, Singapore 048948. During this meeting, representatives of Viajegolfist will discuss your goals and build a tailored training plan. An instructor will also be assigned for lesson programs. For services other than lessons, available service packages will be presented and discussed.
A booking is finalized only upon full payment at our office. All sessions or service packages must be paid in full prior to attending your scheduled session.
Payment Method: All payments at our premises must be made in cash only. Viajegolfist does not accept credit cards, debit cards, electronic transfers, or digital payments. Once full cash payment is received, your booking is finalized, and your session date is protected.
Viajegolfist maintains a clear cancellation policy to manage schedule availability. All cancellation requests must be sent via email to golf@viajegolfist.com or delivered in person at our office address.
Refund eligibility depends on when we receive your cancellation notice relative to your scheduled session time:

Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in reduced session length without a fee adjustment. Clients must handle simulator components and fitting equipment with reasonable attention. Any intentional damage to facility property may result in charges for repair or replacement.
Viajegolfist is not liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including unwanted weather events, building power outages, or governmental directives. Affected sessions will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any legal dispute or claim arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
